I am now a peanut butter cookie convert!!! As of April 2008 that is. Before, I was never a big peanut butter cookie fan...that was until I tasted the pb + jellyness cookies from my wonderful client Crave Treats. People Magazine calls them heavenly and I couldn't agree more!
The key, for me, is that the peanut flavor is subtle and doesn't taste fake. It's light and sweet, but not too sweet...it let's the dollop of organic strawberry jelly handle that. Umm, just thinking about them makes my mouth water!
