This is a great (and delicious) conversation piece. Wild Hibiscus are real edible hibiscus flowers in syrup that beautifully "bloom" when you add them to champagne. Good point to note, the drier the champagne the better because the syrup is extremely sweet. I've used the product at events, I love the product, plus I'm friends with the owner. They're based in Sydney, AUS but the products can be found in Dean and Deluca and other gourmet retailers in the U.S.
